    Hi @gravitas72

That basically means your source server sent some incorrect data.
Incorrect like headers; if you have the ability to do:
    – Make sure your source server works on http/1.0 and http/1.1 protocol
    – Make sure you can download the backup via your browser

Once you confirm both we can continue with further debug.
For now I can recommend you trying to upload the backup manually.
Also please make sure you can unzip the file, once you download it.

Let me know how it went
    Thank you

    – Yes, the source server works on http/1.0 and http/1.1 protocol.

    – Yes, I can download the backup.

    – How do I upload it? At my new host?

    Hello @gravitas72

Have you tried to unzip the file too (after downloading)?

You can upload the backup in two ways:
    – via FTP to correct path, you can find the path below backup list (manage & restore backup(s)) once you click on “Upload backup files”.
    – or directly via plugin, click on tab “Manage & Restore Backup(s)” then “Upload backup files” below the table.

Let me know if manual upload worked.

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you ??
