migration effect on already site where data exists

    I need to know what will happen with the pages and other plugins in place when I migrate site from other location to this already build?

    1. does this keep both pages and plugin, I mean new and old ones?
    2. If not then how can I work on this to keep existing site in place but move the newly build pages to that website alongwith medai

    Hey,

    Thank you for your message!

    When you migrate the source site data to the destination site using the MigrateGuru plugin, all files and database tables on the destination site will be overwritten with the source site data.

    If you need to retain existing pages, plugins, or other data, you must export them beforehand and manually re-import them after the migration is complete.

    Currently, MigrateGuru does not support automatically merging old and new data. Achieving this requires manual intervention and WordPress development expertise.
