Migrating WP site from one server to another? WITH menu structure??

  • Hi,

    I need to move my existing WP 3.0 site to a new WP server. But by using the Import/Export feature my menu structure is lost??

    Is that to be expected? If yes then it sucks … how is one supposed to migrate a WP 3.0 site with menus then!?

  • Hmm, i guess you also should have backup theme files if you want the menu or appearance customization stays as same as your old site.
