Migrating Visual Composer Data

The site I am trying to migrate uses Visual Composer to layout the pages. Upon importing the local site to the live server, the page layouts maintain, but visiting ‘Edit Page’ shows that there is now Visual Composer layouts. I have attempted to export/import with Plugin files, theme files, but neither option seems to bring the Edit Page data.
