Migrating to another WP doesn't reindex search results

    Hi there,

    First of all, thanks for great work you did with the theme. It’s simple to use and does the job.

    I can’t figure how to reindex the search results though. I have migrated my website to different server and different URL, and all search results still point to articles on the old location.

    Please advise!

  • How are you performing the search? Are there any reference during the search to a particular directory or path or link? Did you also migrated all of your data to the new server?
    You might need to change the paths, because you have a new directory and renaming on your new server.

    You should change ref urls of your old domain name in new DB and make sure wp-config has new db variables.
