Hi all, I’m not sure what version of WP I’m using (how do I find out please?), but when you have migrated a complete WP website (including database, etc), from one web host to another, how have you done it please? Any help really appreciated.
    Thanks.
    Chris.

Aaah, I think I found the version of WP. On the dashboard page, it says WordPress 4.8 If anyone here can lend a hand that would be great.

On the duplicator –> Packages page, it says:

System requirements must pass for the Duplicator to work properly.

    PHP Support Fail

    Required Paths Pass

    Server Support Pass

    Reserved Files Pass

What do I do next please ?

On further digging, the precise issue is:
    PHP Version [5.6.31] Pass
    Zip Archive Enabled Fail
    Safe Mode Off Pass
    Function file_get_contents Pass
    Function file_put_contents Pass
    Function mb_strlen Pass
