Migrating subscribers

We had our blog (https://blog.blackbox.com/technology/) cloned to look like another blog that we also manage within the company (https://blog.blackbox.com/solutions/). However, when the cloning occurred it migrated all of our subscribers as well. Now we have people subscribed to a blog they have not expressed interest in. We would like to move our subscribers back to the technology blog. How can we do that?
