Migrating site wp-termmeta

Greetings,
1st off im new to WP.. so setting expectations
My Local dev area is up and running, have been using USBW for a number of years without issue. I built a new WP site, got it working as i wanted it to look with a custom theme, graphics and a few plugins etc. then i went to move to a live host.
I am using Duplicator and it looked as everything went fine but when i try to go into admin area on the live site i get the blank white page issue, disabling plugins allows me to get back into admin area but obviously the site looks pants.
After a bit of looking at things I noticed that wp_termmeta was empty of data.
Have read a few other threads on here and i did the structure only import but phpmyadmin complains
