    I’m moving my subscribers from one PMPro website to another also using PMPro. I’ve created my CSV. I did one test import and a user will receive an email to reset their password (from a temp password) and an email from MailPoet to confirm subscription (for emails). These members already accepted a TOS from the original website. I’m wondering if there’s a way to force an acceptance of the TOS of the new website?

    One other question, I was told for recurring subscriptions to set the membership_enddate to “never”, but it gives me an error importing this way, and instead I left the field blank on the CSV for recurring subscriptions and it seems to import fine on a test, but I haven’t redirected the IPN to the new website yet. Does that sound correct?

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    There won’t be a way to force members to accept TOS if they’ve been imported as this is always handled on checkout.

    You would need to create a checkbox field, perhaps in a popup after they login and check if they have accepted the new TOS or not, and then accept them from there. This gets stored in user meta.

    Your enddate should be left blank – entering in any other value will result in the plugin ‘trying’ to create an expiration date for it.

    Once you’re all set up, redirecting the IPN to the new URL will be your final step to ensure new signups and existing renewals all reflect on the new site.
