migrating multisite but superadmin not accessible

Hello

We ‘almost’ succesfully migrated a multiste but for some reason i can not login anymore as superadmin.

I have been reading some threads about it but they are way too old.

Using latest wordpress version

i did went into the databse and looked for the _sitemeta where i can see the names of the siteadmins and admin email

even try to click recover password with the registered email address in the DB doesn’t work.

What is the next step now?
