Migrating from/to same url

I am rebuilding my client’s site on Go Daddy, so technically I am moving the WP from kerryzukus.com/blog TO kerryzukus.com/blog. I tried using the IP address of the new Go Daddy server as the FTP Host, and for the New URL, but nothing seems to work.

These are the settings I am using:
NEW URL: https://107.180.39.236/~kerrybtg/
FTP Host: 107.180.39.236
Root folder: blog
Port: 21
MySQL Host: 198.71.241.5
MySQL Host port: 3306
