Migrating from PayPal to Stripe

  • I would like to migrate my S2member site from using PayPal to Stripe. First has anyone done this and if so do you regret doing it or what type of road blocks did you come across? Secondly I have live customers on the site how or what is the best way to migrate them from PayPal to Stripe?

  • Short answer: no way. Paypal will not give you the card’s info, which you need to set them in Strype.

    The only possible workaround is to ask (or trick) them to re-subscribe with the new gateway.
