Migrating from localhost to live site

Hi,

I’m moving a wordpress site from local host to the clients already existing website in cpanel.
I have already backed up my database and changed the urls from https://localhost/wp_susanallen to the already existing website https://susanallen.com
When I ftp the new wordpress site …do I overwrite the files in the public_html of the already existing website?
