I am trying to migrate site which is hosted on bigrock hosting and its stuck at downloaded xx files out of xx files for hours now. Have got no error message or any message whatsoever. I have tried 2 sites and both are stuck at the same spot, one at 1941 files out of 1945 and other at 72 files out of 102 files.

    The sites are – rudrashilproduction.com and kripashil.com

Ok so i screwed up/ I cancelled the transfer since they were stuck at the same spot for 4+ hours. I thought i’ll restart them. but when i tried to restart them , it asked for the token again. and when i tried to generate a new token , it said it cant because the site already exists in the location. so now since my old hosting is gonna expire soon , i am just going to transfer everything over with the backup wizard.

When I had a site which failed like that with the site migrator I then tried and had success using the plugin: All-in-One WP Migration instead.

    Hey av_crazy,

First of all, sorry for my late response.

I’ve checked your sites and it seems that rudrashilproduction.com has issue with authenticating our api. I cannot say what caused this, without access to your server, but I guess that the clock on your server is not correct, because we compare the timestamp when a request is made with the timestamp when the request is processed. We’ve increased the limit to 48 hours, but if the clock is not correct, it may cause issues.

Regarding the kripashil.com, it seems that you have the “Expired token” issue that we’ve fixed already.

    Cheers,
    Stanimir
