migrating files on wordpress site

Basically whats happening is I’ve created a wordpress site and its on a local server on MAMP, I’m trying to migrate it over to c panel but I havn;t done it before so I dont know exactly how its done. I’d like to migrate it over but still be able to edit the theme and shit like through dreamweaver.

Saw things about exporting the phpmyadmin stuff but I just don’t know how to do it correctly, I also wanted to include a welcome screen before entering the actual site
