migrating a complete website -contents and all- to wp

I created my website using Lauyan TOWeb as platform. Now I would like to run the website on wp, and was wondering about the best way of getting it from A to B (I am staying with the same host, so changing hosts is not an issue). Any insights would be much appreciated.
