Migrated website now can’t login

After much hassle and assistance from GoDaddy guides, my wordpress portion of the site has been moved to a new hosting plan.

The site can be viewed but I can’t login. I have
cleard and enabled cookies
renamed ( and then renamed back to the original) the plugins directory
renamed ( and renamed back) the themes directoy

I am at a complete loss what to try, to login
