Migrated Site and No Working

Hi:

I’ve migrated my site. I changed the name of the root folder and moved the position of the root folder as position relates to root webserver. Now, when I call any function, for example, wp-admin, the site attempts to load the old directory location and bombs. Any way to fix this without installing wordpress again?
