Migrated Hosting Providers, Permissions Now Messed Up

The site was running fine and working as expected until I migrated hosting providers. I migrated from Site5 to HostGator, and someone at HostGator was kind enough to migrate the entire site for me.

Ever since migrating, permissions are messed up. Administrator accounts work as usual, but every other tier doesn’t work as I’d expect. “Editor” and “Author” both don’t allow editting of posts. They have the ability to click “new post,” but when trying to insert content the box simply refuses to take changes. They simply get a white unusable box when clicking it. They can click “save draft,” but not actually edit the post. They can also enter a title.
