Comments missing from WordPress.COM migrated blog

First, don’t laugh to hard at the page in my link, I’m just starting to rebuild and edit the page. I recently migrated my wordpress.com to .org. The page “Ask an “Upholsterer” had over 4,000 comments on it when it was set up at .com. In my WP dashboard/Blog Posts/Comments, all the comments are there , but no longer attached to the Ask an Upholsterer page. How can I get the comments attached back to a page.
