Our developer built our new site on Flywheel, and now we’ve moved it to our subdomain using Migrate Guru. After migration, WP threw a critical error and I couldn’t access wp-admin. In troubleshooting, I renamed the plugins and themes directories – that didn’t help. I put the site in debug mode in wp-config and learned I needed to remove the flywheel plugin code from wp-settings. Did that, took the site out of debug mode, and renamed the plugins and themes directories back to their original names.

Now I can access wp-admin, but it says “You do not appear to have any plugins available at this time” and the front page of the site says “The themes directory is either empty or doesn’t exist.” I’ve confirmed the themes and plugins folders are correctly named and permissions are set to 755 for all themes and plugins.

    I’d appreciate your help!

Update: I figured it out! wp-config showed wp-content being in the www folder but it wasn’t, it was in the root! took out the /www and everything fell into place correctly.
