Migrate WP-PostRating Evaluations

I decided to use the kk star rating for being more friendly. However, I was using WpPostRating before, and I’d love to retrieve all the reviews I’d already received and migrate to the kkstarrating.

How do I solve this problem without having to start from scratch?
