    About cloning the site from the WordPress.com according to this article:
    https://jetpack.com/support/cloning/
    1- Can I clone the site from an old server “A” to new server “B”, knowing that the server is down?
    Or will I lose connection with the web if my private server down?
    2- Is this feature related to the Jetpack or https://jetpack.com/support/cloning/?
    3- Can I run my website directly from the web in the event that the server on which I am placing the site stops, even though the backup service is activated on the jetpack.
