Migrate Reviews to new website

    We created a new domain and used a cloning tool to move over the wordpress content to the new domain. I can see the plugin and the reviews on the new domain but the reviews are not showing on the live page

    If you are cloning a website database, you may need to first deactivate Site Reviews before you clone the database and then reactivate it once you have finished. Some cloning tools don’t work so well with foreign table indexes.

    If you have already cloned it, try deactivating Site Reviews and then reactivating it. This should remove any incorrect foreign table indexes from cloning and then add them back correctly.

    Alternatively, use the Export Reviews and Import Reviews tools provided by Site Reviews.
