    I have extracted the .wpress file but I have no idea how to use is or where to upload the files can you please guide me or suggest me a video tutorial

    The tutorial is useful in recovering your site’s files (themes, plugins, media files, database etc) onto the site they were exported from.
    To transfer the site to new hosting and URL – you will need the plugin to do it. It needs to change the database to work with the new site address. Unfortunately, If you are unable to upload the file, you might be on an unsupported hosting provider. See if the hosting provider can help you.
