Migrate Orders, Clients, products to a new clean website

I have a lot of technical issues with my current website, so I made a new clean install with the same theme and design.

Now my issue is how to migrate old orders and clients data (username, password, old orders …)

For orders, I will just import them via CSV.

Any help or advice with this?
