    Hi – I updated the plugin & it seems to be working fine. However, I keep getting the Perform Migration message at the top of my screen. I’ve already tried the following
    – Deactivated & re-activated the plugin & tried it again
    – Deactivated all other plugins & activated default WordPress theme & tried it again

    I even deleted the plugin completely & reinstalled it & I’m still getting the message & when I try to migrate it still seems to get hung up.

    Can you please help? Thanks!

    Hello @fusionpoint,

    The migrate notice will not go away until the migration is successful. Without migrating, future updates may not function properly. Do you have any more details on what happens when you try to migrate? What do you mean by “seems to get hung up”?

    What version were you updating from? If you were updating from a very old version to the current one, we have some guides written about that:

    After I hit the Perform Migration button it goes through the steps, but I never get the Migration Complete. Please wait… notice. Several items pop up with green check marks and then it just appears to get hung up. Does it take a long time to migrate?

    Not exactly sure about the previous version, I believe it was an older version tho. I tried some of the troubleshooting steps as I mentioned above. Thanks!

    Do you have a ton of forms set up? If all else fails you can uninstall & delete the plugin and start over again with a new install.

    I apologize if you have to re-create a lot of forms, but the update from version 5 to 6 was a major update.

    I only have one form, so not too bad. I tried deleting & reinstalling but the message was still there & it did the same thing again when I tried to migrate.

    Do you have access to your database? It sounds like even though the plugin is getting deleted, the database settings are still being stored.
