    To @yui who removed the modlook tag, maybe you should read Jetpack guidelines on this request eh?

    So to do it from start to finish:

    1. Migrate your site to a self-hosted install as much as you can.
    2. Install the Jetpack plugin and connect it to a WordPress.com account. (I don’t know if it helps if it’s the one associated with your WordPress.com site. It can’t hurt.)
    3. Open a new WordPress.com support thread. Tag it “modlook” and request that they move your stats to your new domain. Make sure to provide your old WordPress.com site and your new self-hosted domain.

    Perhaps you should read them too before getting bent out of shape?

    Open a?new WordPress.com support thread. Tag it “modlook” and request that they move your stats to your new domain. Make sure to provide your old WordPress.com site and your new self-hosted domain.

    This is not WordPress.COM and using modlook here is completely wrong. This is www.remarpro.com.

    Unless it’s spam, abuse or something broken in the forums please do not report topics again.

    It is not a means to get faster support, it only gets forum moderators attention and no one else.

    You people have zero customer service manners or manners in general. Instead of being utterly rude and dismissive you can easily see how mere mortals like me would think they are BOTH THE SAME THING, as it’s all WORDPRESS. ORG or COM, silly me for thinking it’s all the same. Perhaps have more distinguished domain names.

    There are no customers here. There never has been, there never will be. You are not a customer on this site. You never have been.

    At best you are an opensource collaborator.

    A moderator asked you a question and instead of asking why, you chose to get shirty about it.

    They can’t help customers on this site. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    What is the difference anyway, I just assumed WordPress could afford to buy both domains instead of separating then in absurdly obtuse/confusing way.

    Then how come this forum is FULL of requests like MINE? I did a search first then just copied the wording replacing with my site’s information. You guys are really an odd bunch. Nobody asked me any questions. You were all just rude from the go.

    If you want to migrate Jetpack stats, you can use this method (well, hopefully it’ll work and no one will get insulted because I dared to use the “wrong tag”)

    That is not the case at all.

    Your account is flagged for moderation because you became irritated for no reason and attempted to take it out on a moderator. That’s the reason your account is flagged; your behavior warranted that.

    Your subsequent replies demonstrated that and yes, I approved them from the pending queue.

    I’m closing this topic now but will leave the replies up. You have a reply and a means to solve your problem and having a running argument does not help you or anyone.

    For anyone finding this topic: don’t use that method. Contact Jetpack directly via the URL provided. They can assist you there.

    This support forum is for the Jetpack plugin code. It’s not for any service including Jetpack.

    Hey there @leticiagolubov – I can totally see the confusion here. Since the volunteers here don’t have access to WordPress.com stuff, you’ll need to contact their support to get help transferring your stats over to your new self-hosted site.

    Once you’re up and running, you can use the Jetpack forum here for future questions about the free features that plugin offers. You’re also always welcome to use the contact form that Jan mentioned earlier, and your request will be routed to the right place.
