migrate iweb blogs

I have just started up a wordpress blog today after having used iWeb for many years. I want to migrate my iWeb blogs to the word press.
I have already saved the iWeb blog to a folder on my desktop. Somewhere there is ‘supposed’ to be ‘tools’ to do so on my wordpress page but I don’t see that so obviously I am in the wrong place. Any help would be appreciated.
