Migrate Guru Overwrite Existing Website?

I’ve used migrate guru to transfer a website to a new server, but only when transferring to a blank wordpress installation. Can I use migrate guru to build a new site and transfer it to overwrite my staging copy of https://www.climateadvisers.org?
