    Howdy!

My apologies for the belated reply.

We rely on the SEO Data Transporter plugin for the data-migration. Unfortunately, they haven’t yet included support for Rank Math.

You could use Yoast SEO to migrate from Rank Math to Yoast SEO, and then use the SEO Data Transporter plugin to migrate from Yoast SEO to The SEO Framework. But this is quite cumbersome.

Depending on how many pages and posts you need to transfer, you might find it better to start over, or stick with Rank Math, instead.

In any case, I’ve opened a feature request for the transporter plugin. Let’s hope they’re able to work this out quickly.

    Hi Sybre

No apologies needed ?? As I only had around 40 posts it didn’t take long to add them to the SEO. I decided not to migrate and simply went ahead and installed your plugin. Is there a way to ensure Google indexes my featured image for the home page and not simply take one from another post? Apart from that this is the BEST SEO plugin I have ever used!

    Hello again!

I’m glad you’ve found an easy way out ?? I’m happy you like the plugin, too!

If the featured image is displayed on the page, then Google will have no trouble finding and indexing it.

Otherwise, I’m not aware of any methods that allow Google to index and use it. Displaying (featured) images next to pages on the SERP is rare, and often only reserved for Google News publishers’ articles.

If you’re dealing with local business, you can sign up for Google My Business, and have a (non-offensive) image of choice displayed in the Knowledge Card on the right. The display of which is only reserved for location-based and nearby searches, however.

Excellent support Sybre and thank you. I’m now using SEO Framework on all my sites
