    Hello-

We’ve been running into issues with JigoShop & looking to leave that platform.
    How difficult is the migration?
Do any existing paid plugins from JigoShop work in Woo, like shipping modules?

    TIA
    Karl

  • Hasn’t been tested in a few years but you could definitely do a local install and see how it goes. If this doesn’t work for you, you can always google a jigoshop to woocommerce migration tool

Thanks much. Has there been much news on people migrating to Woo?

    Karl

WC is installed on over 58M+ websites across the globe. It is the best e-commerce solution for WordPress platform.

I wouldn’t know how many people are migrating from jigo to wc though.

WOW! I didn’t know it was 58M+! I just saw 4M+ listed. Very impressive! I’ll pass that along to my clients.

    Thanks
    Karl

Sorry, I meant to say 3M. On my phone. It types whatever it wants. As far as WP e-commerce solutions it holds 90% market share than other WP solutions.

Plus it’s relatively cheap to host a WP site vs say a Shopify site which atarts at $100 a month. You can host a WP site as low as $10.

    Have fun

Should be possible. We did a migration at the end of last year from typo3. Is a bit of hard work, but there are enough migration tools that will help you out. For example WP All Import
