Migrate followers from a Mastodon instance?

Mastodon supports migrating accounts between instances keeping followers. Is this possible with this ActivityPub plugin?
I am following up a year later to see if this is now possible. I am using Version 2.4.0 on WordPress 6.5.4. ActivityPub ID for the website is @khurtwilliams@islandinthenet.com
