Migrate comments from Drupal to WordPress

Hi, i have a Drupal website with Discuss plugin and i would like to migrate this Drupal site to a WordPress site.
The question is, will be it possible to recover all the comments saved on Discuss on the new WordPress site?
Any ideas, info, tutorials or links will be gratefull!
