    Hello,
I bought the premium version in order to change hosts.
    (clone/migrate a site).
I install Updraftplus on the destination site, I log into my account but when I click on “activate it on this site” I get the following error message:
“Claim not granted – perhaps you have already used this purchase somewhere else, or your paid period for downloading from updraftplus.com has expired”.

I have never used this option before.
My concern is that I have been waiting to use it and my support has stopped. However, I am very surprised and annoyed that I can no longer use what I bought.
I understand that the support is no longer accessible, this is normal but that the plugin is no longer usable, this is not normal.
Is there a (free) solution to unblock this?

    Hi,

The Premium version should continue to work even when the license has expired. However, we cannot guarantee that the old versions will still be compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

You can also switch to free version the will be retained but you will lose all premium features.

    Best Wishes,

No, it is impossible to migrate a site to another hosting because the premium version is only active on one site.
Or you have to buy the premium version twice, once for the starting site and once for the destination site.

    Hi,

No, you don’t have to buy twice. UpdraftPlus Premium package comes with Migrator add-on which can be used in as many sites as you want – as long as your license is not expired.

    Thanks,
    Bryle
