MicroWiki

Hi All
Unfortunately the help support at the home of MicroWiki seems to be down. It continually returns an answer of “foo”! So I am hoping to gain help here.
Please could someone give me a step by step use of firstly EzStatic and then the installation and use of MicroWiki?
