• I migrated to a better hosting plan at GoDaddy on or about 08/15/2020. Nearly simultaneously, I upgraded to of my websites from cPanel email to MS Exchange server emails. Two of my websites already had MS Exchange on the old server, and by most accounts, the forms on my websites were successfully transmitting the information to me appropriately on completion by end users.

    All that changed around 8/15/2020!

I have been on the phone with Microsoft Support, or been in numerous chats and even remote access sessions and it seems neither Microsoft, nor GoDaddy can resolve this issue!

I am thinking about going into therapy! (Not really)

I just Googled and learned that of the estimated 1.3 BILLION websites in existence, there are roughly 455 MILLION WordPress websites.

I find it extremely disturbing that this issue has not been resolved in this platform, at GoDaddy, or Microsoft. Because when I contact them, they act like they are shocked that this is an issue.

I CAN send/receive normal email in Outlook. I can send/receive email through cPanel email. I have 3 other websites that don’t have linked MS Exchange accounts, and they seem to process forms well.

If anyone has a real solution for this, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
