• When using this plugin on Microsoft Edge, the entire PDF is covered with a red error: “Microsoft Defender SmartScreen has blocked this unsafe content”. When expanding more information it says “Microsoft Defender SmartScreen has marked this as phishing content. If you choose to see such content, it could trick you into revealing personal or financial info. You might be putting your sensitive info—like passwords, credit card numbers, contact info, or software activation keys—at risk.”

I saw this was brought up a year or so ago, and the “solution” was to report it to Microsoft. Is there any updates on the issue? Or any work arounds? This plugin was looking very appealing for me to use, but if it is not supported on the Edge browser I will not be able to use it.

  • @lh822184 same here. I just learned you don’t need a plugin for PDF. Just select file in Gutenberg editor and voila.
