Hi, I’ve logged in to the Azure portal, then I’ve copied the Client ID from App registration, and after that I’ve created a Application client secret using Certificates and Secrets in the Azure portal, and after that I’ve clicked on the Authenticate with Microsoft 365 and 403 forbidden error appeared. I’ve attached the screenshots, please check:

    Hello @elsazehra,

I understand that you’re encountering a 403 Forbidden error when trying to authenticate with Microsoft 365. Based on the information you’ve provided and our own investigation, it appears that the issue may be related to your website’s firewall or Web Application Firewall (WAF).

These security measures can occasionally block certain actions, including those related to the FluentSMTP plugin’s features. To address this, I recommend the following steps:

    1. Temporarily disable the WAF or firewall:?Try disabling the WAF or firewall temporarily to test if it’s causing the issue.
    2. Whitelist specific URLs or requests:?If disabling the WAF resolves the error, consider whitelisting specific URLs or requests, or configuring the WAF to allow necessary actions for the FluentSMTP plugin to function without issues.

Here are the specific URLs that you should whitelist:

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to continue providing assistance.

    Thanks, Ibrahim Sharif

    Hello @elsazehra,

I understand that you’ve already verified that the firewall is not active on your site. It’s possible that the request is being blocked by Mod Security from your hosting provider.

I recommend contacting your hosting administrator and asking them to check for any Mod Security or any other rules that may be blocking the request. They should be able to help you identify and disable the offending rule.
