Microblogging / date headed theme

I’m looking for a theme that will aid microblogging. Something similar to brandonsmind.com where posts are grouped by date. The only real microblogging theme I’ve come accross is prologue and that’s really not what I want. I’m sure at some point I’ve come accross a theme that can do this, but I can’t for the life of me remember it’s name.

Any help on this would be awesome. Even more awesome would be a K2 variant that does this. ??
