Micriblog poster don't work with cron jobs

  • Microblog poster has been beneficial to my traffic. But It uses up all my resources and my host disabled Wp-cron and set up a server based cron job and since then Microblog Poster won’t work. Is there a way to make it work via server based cron jobs or online cron jobs like easycron.com?

    It’s not MicroblogPoster that is using all the resources of your server it might your use of it.. Anyway, the Old Posts Auto Publish feature is functioning with WP Cron so if it’s disabled on your hosting then it won’t work.

    Yes, I have enabled WP cron again but I’d like to ask, Can I limit Microblog poster to post at one account at a time? Posting to all accounts at once slows and most times uses up all my resource limit. No way to limit is to one account at a time?

    No, there isn’t such a possibility. You can select only one account in ‘Auto Publish Old Posts’ tab but then it’ll only post to that account again and again.
