MH slider widget lite

    Hello!

    Not sure if this is the right place, but could someone from MH let me know what enhancements there are in the paid version of Magazine vs the Lite version of the slider widget?

    I’d love it if I were able to select posts to appear in the slider that are in our custom taxonomy, rather than a category. Or maybe select by category, but filter by custom taxonomy rather than tag. Is that possible?

    thanks for using MH Magazine lite.

    Among several other additional features, options and custom widgets, the premium version of MH Magazine has some enhancements for the “MH Slider” widget included. For example you can filter multiple categories by ID, exclude categories by ID or order your posts like “Latest”, “Random” or “Popular”.

    Custom taxonomies on the other hand isn’t something that usually works out of the box. So if you need a slider based on custom taxonomies, you could either try to find a plugin for this purpose or, in case you are familiar with coding, you could create a child theme and modify the theme as you like.
