Thanks for opening a support topic @passegua.

I checked your site both manually and using the tagassistant.google.com service. From doing so I can see that site visits are recording at present, and there is nothing blocking Analytics visits such as a consent banner. I can confirm that your Analytics snippet is placed correctly via Site Kit and it is reporting.

To troubleshoot this further, and see if there is any issue, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. If you click on the ”Source: Analytics” link within the Site Kit dashboard, do you see any recent data from the Analytics directly? I ask as Site Kit pulls information from a users Analytics account and displays it within the plugin dashboard.?The numbers should closely match, which will help confirm that this isn’t specific to Site Kit.
    3. Did you make any changes to your site since October 15th? I can see that when visit https://www.sinapsi.org/ it redirects to https://www.sinapsi.org/wordpress/.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    Many thanks for your help

Most probably there was an outage in recording visits since now I see the visitors are growing again.

    Regards.

Glad to hear it @passegua, and appreciate the update. I’m not aware of any outage but indeed something may have happened in those few days.

If you run into any further errors or if you have any Site Kit related queries, be sure to get in touch. Thank you and best of luck!
