    Hi,

I’ve created a form using metform in elementor. The issue I’m having is when people add more than one pet. They can add up to four and when they click submit (if they’ve added 2-4 pets) it looks like the form has disappeared and they don’t complete the form or contact me saying their form has disappeared.

It hasn’t it’s just that the form has gone to the next step but it doesn’t scroll back up automatically so people think they’ve lost the form.

Is there a way of doing an anchor link or auto scroll back to the top of the form so people can continue when they click the next step button?

Might be a simple fix but I can’t find an answer anywhere.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello, @mitchymoo8
Thanks for reaching out to us!

I have checked the form and noticed that the Layout of the Form seems to be not showing properly(Screencasting). On a closer inspection, I noticed that strict optimization for CSS and JS is applied and maybe for that reason, the Form shows broken. Kindly check and make sure that the form is appearing properly on your site. You can keep the Optimization rules disabled till we complete our inspection. Hope you can understand.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit
