MetForm not show on my website

    I add metform and using elementor to built the report, but suddenly the form not showing when run preview, but visible in design mode

    please advice me how to fix it

  • Hello @supawadeecha ,

    So, I am assuming that the form you have built with Metform is showing fine in Elementor editor but on the preview/frontend the form isn’t showing at all.

    This problem usually occurs for invalid markup used in the form and usually shows in the broswer console as a DOM error. Can you please check the browser console while previewing the form? Please check if there is any error showing and also share the page url where you have used the form.

    Hey @supawadeecha ,

    The page link you have shared is not checkable as the page is showing 404 error (screenshot). Please share correct page link for proper inspection.

    This is also not displayed on my website. Will you please send me instructions to troubleshoot?

    Deactivate jetpack plugin. Worked for me.
