Metform not appearing on page

    Hi there, I had been using metform without problem in the construction of this website but all of a sudden the forms have stopped appearing altogether. It’s not even showing up in the site code when I click inspect element. There should be a form directly under the text that says “Copy about how we are in a stage of transition with lots of exciting updates to come” but nothing is there. This is consistent across several pages.
