Hi alexisfontana74,
Thanks for reaching out to us. In our development environment, MetForm works perfectly. ?But if you are having this issue, there must be something wrong on your end. Here are a few steps that we can start with to troubleshoot this issue:
- Clear Caches: Clear all levels of cache, including but not limited to Server cache, WordPress (optimization plugin) cache, CDN cache, and Browser cache.
- Version Check: Please ensure you are running the latest versions of WordPress and Elementor and MetForm. Outdated versions could cause compatibility issues.
- Theme Switch: Try switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty and Hello Elementor to see if the problem persists. This could help identify if there’s a conflict with your current theme.
- Plugin Conflict Test: If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for Elementor and MetForm and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
- Review Elementor’s System Info: Check this under Elementor > System Info in your WordPress dashboard. Look for any red or orange lines, as these indicate potential problems.
Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible. Waiting for your response.
Regards,
Amir
