You could try something like this to make it two rows for mobile view:

Which page should be there in the middle? It looks like you haven’t set a parent page for this page. Because your URL is .com/planlar/ and not .com/sosyal-medya/planlar.
Set the parent page on the Edit Page screen on the right side.
