Meteor Slides – problem only in internet explorer

dear wp masters,

i have a problem with meteor slides – only in internet explorer
it is showing wrong while pics (jpg’s) are same and works well on firefox & chrome.

don’t worry about the hebrew stuff – look at the slider on homepage with Internet explorer.

please help.

p.s. – would be so happy if somebody can draw a quick line on how to duplicate the nav/menu to a side menu also… ??
