Thanks for using MetaSlider. This isn’t a problem we’ve seen before … and we see a lot with 700,000 users.

My guess is that there’s a plugin conflict here. Can you try testing with other plugins disabled one-by-one?

I already disabled other plugins and use the default theme.

HI @lajd looks like it’s a bad request (error 400). Can you please try clearing your browser and site’s cache? Thanks!

Cache was cleared and try different browsers and different computers and have same result..

side note the site is installed on a sub-directory e.g /lib

site.org/lib/wp-admin/admin.php?page=metaslider-settings

but the site is accessible via https://www.site.org

@lajd This isn’t the easiest set-up for us to test. Do you have a second site to test on, or can you share more details of how your sub-directory is configured?
